Friends, are any of you using Knock and Elise AI? How are you handling lead owner? We've just added Elise AI and we're getting a bit stuck here. We typically would change the name as soon as the agent starts working with them, but then that eliminates Elise continuing to also follow-up. Would love your guidance.

You can respond & leave Elise as the lead.

But then we're getting a ton of “house” porting to Real Page and it's harder for the aspciates to keep track of their leads this way.

Ellie Norton if it’s coming in assigned to house, can’t you reassign to Meet Elise? We are now on Zuma, but this is what we did when we used Meet Elise.

Meet Elise handles all email leads. The only time we take over is if she assigns to the property for a question she can’t answer. For the majority, we just keep the lead. We get very few. You could always answer the question and then reassign back to Meet Elise.

I found the platform to be too bulky considering we use knock. It seems redundant which harkens to your point.

Leave it in EliseAI and let her do her thing. If there’s a point that a human needs to step in, then switch ownership. When someone schedules appt and tours, switch ownership to a human. On-site associates build relationships in person, they should take over post visit follow up from AI
